Simply return the items to us in the condition they were sold in (strings must not be pulled on pencil pleat curtains). An easy to use returns slip will be provided with your order showing 5 simple steps to return your unwanted items.
A refund will be given as soon as we receive the parcel. Please make sure that you get a proof of postage on all returns just in case! We do not refund return post on unwanted items in order for us to keep our prices as low as possible but this does not effect your statutory rights.
Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Our shop purchases are not covered by the EU distance selling regulations and therefore have a different returns policy. Our shops only issue a credit note if you are returning to one of our shops and cannot issue you a full refund for your purchase if you have changed your mind but for more details please see in store before you buy to make sure you are 100% on their policy.
