If you have received a faulty or incorrect product or have any other questions please fill in the enquiry form or drop us an email and we will reply to you as soon as possible. We will usually reply within a few hours during our opening times but more complex queries may take a little longer.
Our main office opening times are 9am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 9am-4pm Friday. Please see visit our stores for our shop opening times. We are not open on weekends or bank holidays so will get back to you as soon as we can the following week.
If you would prefer us to reply by telephone we would be happy to do so, just let us know. This gives us time to collect the information that you would like or to come up with a resolution should you have a problem or complaint.
