Making a purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online store and add any items you wish to purchase to your ‘Shopping Basket’. When you have finished your selection go to your ‘Shopping Basket’ to checkout.
Our prices are subject to change at anytime. Should we inadvertently under price a product or for any reason be unable to supply goods we will contact you to discuss your options but will always offer you the choice of a full refund.
Payment:
We accept most major credit and debit cards through our online payment system. Payment is taken via a secure system using SagePay, one of the UK’s largest payment gateway providers. You do not need to have an account with SagePay. You may also pay via PayPal if you prefer. No card details are held in clear text on any website.
All prices displayed include 20% VAT.

If you choose to make a purchase form our website your details will NOT be passed onto any third party except for the purposes of delivery. You will automatically be added to our mailing list when making a purchase, we may then email you from time to time with our latest special offers and other information, you will be able to opt out of receiving these at any time.
If you do not purchase from our website but would like to be informed of any special offers then you might wish to ‘Subscribe to our mailing list’ by filling in the box below. We will not share your details with any other third party and you will be able to opt out of receiving these at any time.
Returns:
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our website purchases come with a 28 day no quibble guarantee. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging (strings must not be pulled on pencil pleat curtains). Simply email us to advise that you are returning the goods and send them to:

An easy to use returns slip, including an address label will be provided with each order. Return postage charges are not refunded. Refunds will be made to the original card used for purchase. Goods may not be returned or exchanged in our shops.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Our shop purchases are not covered by the EU distance selling regulations and therfore have a different returns policy, see in store for details.
